As an advocate for people, my purpose is to give others the benefit of my experience, especially at work. As a mentor, I pour-in and lift-up; as a coach I draw out and evoke awareness, and as a lifelong learner and teacher, I enable transformation. My absolute joy is helping people and organizations do and be better - excellence is my true north.

 

This is my why; and it’s the driving force behind why I founded Bridge Braintrust.

I am an HR leader and expert with 20+ years experience in the defense logistics area, where I provided effective HR solutions to leaders at all levels. I consult on HR strategy, people operations and help leaders make data-informed decisions with an overall focus on organizational efficiency.

I also enjoy giving back to the communities where I am.  I think acting locally makes an immediate and visible difference to society.  I also support my graduate school and have enjoyed volunteering my time to food-based organizations.

I have strong business and project management acumen. I am known for completing projects on time and providing tangible results. In my former role as management consultant at McKinsey & Company, I implemented performance improvement & turnaround programs using lean network principles. 

 

In my work as a business transformation expert, mentor and executive coach, I help CEOs become better leaders and support organizations to operate more efficiently. My expertise also include diagnostic assessments and organizational structural assessments for global businesses.

As an HR leader, I’ve been instrumental in delivering savings; optimizing attainment through excellent interpersonal communication skills, and collaboration with team members and notable, stakeholders.
